Nothing too much trouble, the hotel was special. Excellent service, stunning room, comfortable bed. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge. Facilities were great too. By the way, we didn't mind paying extra usd 27 per day for parking.

I loved this CLASSIC hotel. The rooms with beautiful views, evening cocktails and air con. Location next to a quiet canal, Brugge. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would definitely return here.

Neat staff, incredibly convenient location, nice bed. They made my stay perfect 10/10. I loved a comfortable decor and tasteful furniture. Cereal, fresh bread, cheese, fruit and jam - fine breakfast. Small garden and nice pool area. Very good value for money, grand old place.

Exceptional stay in the brilliant area. Staff and rooms were terrific and I especially liked that the place was immaculately clean. Don't forget to explore Historic Centre of Brugge district. Unique interior, superb restaurant.

Perfectly clean & spacious venue, absolutely fabulous views. Superfriendly staff, were eager to help whole time. We got deluxe king room, which was light. Their service was helpful too. It was fabulous 2 days, would love to stay here again.

This is a hotel go-to for Bruges! It's really deluxe property with loyal staff. Restaurant here was huge. The deluxe queen room suited us: it had a mini-fridge-bar, a laptop-size safe and a multi-channel TV.

Hotel was situated adjacent to tourist destinations like belfry of bruges. Excellent for a short stay. The breakfast which we had was enjoyable! The staff offered help, they care about everyone.
